Letter from the Executive Director

Dear friends,

When we began, people laughed. Some still do, usually right before they ask for a copy of our floor map. This year, the movement grew up. Return-to-office policies brought millions of workers back to shared facilities, and our advocates were ready.

We expanded the Remote Relief Fund to 14 new cities, trained 96 new Floor Surveyors, and published our most rigorous State of the Stall to date. For the first time, three Fortune 100 companies adopted the Square Deal in full.

None of it would have been possible without you. Thank you for holding the line — and for knowing when not to.

Margaret Halloway
Executive Director
