Why work here
Benefits that practice what we preach
Fully in-office
Our headquarters has eleven restrooms across three floors, every one of them Square Deal-certified. We are not a remote-first organization, and we think you'll understand why.
Premium facilities
Three-ply throughout. Full-height partitions. Motion lights set to 30 minutes. A dedicated reading rack, refreshed weekly.
Comprehensive health
100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision, plus a generous fiber stipend. We take digestive wellness seriously.
Protected Mondays
No meetings between 1 and 3 p.m. on Mondays. Ever. It's in our employee handbook and our bylaws.
Generous PTO
25 days of paid time off, plus every federal holiday. We encourage staff to spend them at home, conservatively.
Growth
A $2,000 annual learning budget and a clear path to leadership. Our last three directors were promoted from within, and from various floors.
