Workplace chapters
Bring the movement to your floor.
More than 340 workplace chapters meet regularly to share floor maps, swap tips, and advocate for the Square Deal. Starting one takes about an afternoon.
How it works
Four steps to your first meeting
- 01
Find your people
Start with two or three trusted colleagues. You'll often recognize fellow advocates by their reading material and calm demeanor.
- 02
Choose a name
Most chapters register under a discreet name. “Wellness Committee” and “Sustainability Working Group” are both popular and technically accurate.
- 03
Map your building
Use our Floor Mapping toolkit to document every facility. Share it only within the chapter.
- 04
Meet monthly
Chapters meet once a month to review findings and plan Square Deal advocacy. We recommend Monday at 1 p.m., for obvious reasons.
